Who we are
We are a neurodiverse team that is dedicated to improving access to meaningful musical education for all learners.
Medley was founded in 2025. We are based in the Connecticut River Valley region of Massachusetts, USA.
Jessica Corwin
Jessica has been a proud Massachusetts public school teacher since 2005, and has taught in rural, suburban and urban districts across the Commonwealth. She holds degrees in Music Education from Oberlin Conservatory of Music and The Boston Conservatory, Kodaly certification from Hartt School of Music, and a Graduate Certificate in Music Education and Autism from Berklee College of Music. Outside of classroom work, she also contributes to systemic public education change through her efforts as Sunderland School Committee Chair, Frontier Regional School Committee Clerk, and other political roles. The quality of her work in education has been recognized by awards from the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and the Massachusetts Association of School Committees.

Jen Kass
Jen has been a board certified music therapist since 2001. She holds degrees from Clark University and Lesley University and serves as the Music Therapy Liaison for the Community Music School of Springfield (Massachusetts). She is also an active visual artist.

Jon Burgos
Jon is an active performing musician, band leader and songwriter based in Western Massachusetts. He teaches adaptive music classes for Medley Music Access & Inclusion as well as the Adaptive Music Program in Springfield. Jon holds a degree in Music Production from Full Sail University, where he graduated as class valedictorian. He can often be found performing with his band LastMinute and with church bands across Massachusetts.

Philip Silva
Medley Business Manager
Philip is a founding member of Medley’s parent LLC, The Green Wall Group. Coming from a professional background in finance where he helped to preserve more than 20,000 affordable housing units, he enthusiastically supports Medley’s operations and his wife, Jessica. Philip holds a degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
